In my book Super-Entrepreneurship Decoded I propose the 4 WHYs model which is an adaptation of the Five whys model well known in 6 sigma methodology to find root causes. My 4 WHYs model is used to define a truly unique solution, something that was never done before. It can really be helpful to build a new radical solution!
