The Superpreneur Blueprint Monday post #Week 43 2020

1. Tip of the week

Don’t fear or be obsessed by your competitors.  Understand very accurately where you position in the marketplace, what your key competitive differentiators are and how you can best sell your products and services.  Your focus should always be on your customers instead of your competitors.  By better understanding your competitors, you may better serve your customers.

2. Quote of the week

“I looked at my competitors and I thought that, if they could do it, I could do it. And if, they are popular and doing well, I could compete with them.” — Tommy Hilfiger

3. Questions of the week

Look at your competitors, what are their top 5 best seller products and services? Why are customers buying from them?  What do they like or dislike?
