In order to succeed as a superpreneur, you need to have a high level of energy or stamina. Putting in place healthy habits is a must because your entrepreneurial journey is going to be a very long marathon. The easiest way to change your habits is by doing tiny changes and getting 1% better every day.

3. Questions of the week
Which bad habits (smoking, eating too much sugar or fat, …) must you stop? Which good habits (sport, eating more greens, sleeping enough, …) must you start? Which tiny actions can you make today?
